You are making a reservation, "booking", directly with the hotel or hostel you selected. This hotel or hostel is a Genuine AWA Member Property and Guarantees these prices to be the lowest rates available. Once you click on the "Confirm Booking " , your booking has been made and will be confirmed to you in an email. In order for you to cancel or modify your booking and receive a refund or a credit toward another booking, you must email
at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If you are a "group" booking (10 or more people ,or a reservation over 1000 Euros, or dollars (depending on country of check in) a email notice of change must be made at leas 30 days prior to arrival.
- We facilitate confirmed bookings for certain travel services including accommodation.
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before arrival (unless stated otherwise in the property description) . All reservations must be canceled via email at emailing
- In the event of a no-show without cancellation, the travel services provider has the right to charge your credit card for the first night's stay where you have booked accommodation with such service provider, or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel service in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions.
- CC used to make the reservation are authorized to validate the Credit card. Nothing is charged, although, if a CC used when making a reservation is not valid, the Reservation will be canceled.
- Reservations are all confirmed, and guranteed.
- In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the deposit and that reservation fee you paid.
If the card you used is declined or rejected by your bank, you will be notified of a cancellation for the booking you made.
